67/365 - Special needs baseball team

Found a league for my little guy. What great fun. Although it was quite the challenge for Ashton to play the game - it was a lot of fun! He did LOVE to bat! He even hit 2 balls! I'm sure as the weeks go on the more and more he'll become focused on the game. Today was a lot of running, eating the sand, spinning, and being a complete goober! :)

We adopted a new cat named Zeze - she is 6 years old and a little beauty! I know I've been falling behind in these! A promise to myself to catch up this week! :)

She's refusing to do anything, but watch cartoons today! Fine .. I have a lot to do around the house and she's on track break, soooo. I love that I caught a real laugh from her watching!

I don't know why or how this all started, but everyday after school we must go to the grocery store to get a green pepper. It's become a routine for Ashton. So here he is today picking out his green pepper - trust me this is a long and detailed process. He has to check everyone one of them out for the perfect green pepper. Sometimes he panics when we get towards the check out ... I know he needs to pick a new green pepper, lol. Autism .... it's a strange deal!
