In the pantry I did find ...
A little boy hiding 3 shelves up! Silly kid. We got home from school today and I was a bit flustered .. I had about 3 minutes before Ashton's ABA therapist was about to arrive. Rushing around, picking things up, and lastly ... getting the kids an after school snack. I had opened the food pantry and much to my surprise I found my little guy all curled up on the 3rd shelf! Ha ha. He must have had a long day at school to be hiding in the pantry away from us all. He looked so comfy in there! I almost felt bad making him come out ... it took almost 15 minutes, hee hee!
I hope that made you smile as big as it made me when I opened my pantry door! :)

Oh yeah, yum!
So the other day I was browsing through some photo and food blogs. I'm always looking for something new and different to make my family for dinner.
I love Brussel Spouts and I found this recipe CLICK HERE
OMG! THESE. WERE. TO. DIE. FOR! I'll never make my typical lemon, olive oil, butter, and salted Brussel Sprouts again! Ok, maybe I will! Just not as often. :)
These were so easy to make and a dish that will not last very long at the table .. trust me :)
See how delish they look!
Then just a snap of my daughter from today that made me smile!
She's "Homeschooling" her stuffed animals! Ha Ha! How adorable!
