6/365 - Wood Puzzle

I love Melissa & Doug toys - apparently so do my children! :)

I used Maggie's Bliss preset in Lightroom and I added a haze layer, with a little pop, and warmed it up in photoshop!

Ashton and those buses!

Ashton has a love (or obsession) for buses. He's really likes ALL kinds of buses, but school buses fascinate him - to the point that when we are looking at one he is completely and totally unaware of ANYTHING or ANYONE around him! He can make all the sounds a school bus makes to the "T". This has been his thing since he was 1 1/2 - he used to sleep with a BIG wheels on the bus, bus! I've started a bus series for him. Hopefully one day he'll thank me for this (of course when he can, verbally)!

BUS SERIES

Here is one from today! He pointed to this picture out all of them, so this is the one I edit and post :)

And the one I chose to edit and post :)

Stuff my day was full of...

Driving! I did a lot of that today. This was in my rear view mirror and yes, I was parked! We were waiting for Amelia to get out of school.

Full of Ashton! It was 1/2 day today! Gotta love Cali's weekly half days. I don't ever remember having them as kids! Sheesh.

Then we painted x-mas ornaments. It was fun and kept them occupied for a while! Are you surprised Ashton painted his all RED?

Lastly to end the day, I took the kids to a light display. There is a family that has 2 children with Autism that display this every year. Please look at their website. It's really an AMAZING story!

Belardo Lights

Have a great night everyone!

In the pantry I did find ...

A little boy hiding 3 shelves up! Silly kid. We got home from school today and I was a bit flustered .. I had about 3 minutes before Ashton's ABA therapist was about to arrive. Rushing around, picking things up, and lastly ... getting the kids an after school snack. I had opened the food pantry and much to my surprise I found my little guy all curled up on the 3rd shelf! Ha ha. He must have had a long day at school to be hiding in the pantry away from us all. He looked so comfy in there! I almost felt bad making him come out ... it took almost 15 minutes, hee hee!

I hope that made you smile as big as it made me when I opened my pantry door! :)
